Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have. It applies to both the Vadim Zavatsky and Maximilian Ravique parts of the site.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Third Place Labs s.r.o., IČO 24501212, with its registered office at Školská 660/3, Nové Město, Praha. You can reach us at zavatsky.v@seznam.cz or +420 725 557 540.
What we collect and why
Enquiries. When you write through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message so we can reply and discuss possible work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding, and taking steps at your request before a possible contract.
Bookings, print orders and invoicing. If you book a shoot or order a print, we process the details needed to fulfil the order and to issue an invoice. The legal basis is performance of a contract and compliance with our legal duties, including tax and accounting rules, under which invoices are kept for the periods required by law.
Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. IP addresses are anonymised. Analytics run only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and never before.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security and operation of the site.
Cookies
The site uses no non-essential cookies until you allow them. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Declining does not affect your use of the site.
If you accept analytics, the data collected is also processed by Google under its own terms, which we cannot change or limit on your behalf. You can withdraw your consent at any time to stop further collection, and you can also use your browser settings and Google’s own opt-out tools.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the providers who help us run the service: our hosting provider, our email providers (Seznam.cz and Google), Google (for analytics, with your consent), and Meta (if you contact us via WhatsApp). These providers act only on our instructions. We never sell your personal data, and we never share, rent or otherwise pass it to third parties for their own purposes, such as their own marketing.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers, such as Google and Meta, may process data outside the EU, including in the United States. Where that happens, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We never keep data for longer than necessary. Enquiry messages are kept while we are in contact and deleted within 12 months of our last exchange, unless they lead to a booking. Invoices and tax documents are kept for 10 years, and other accounting records for 5 years, because Czech tax and accounting law requires it. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.
Your rights
